In order to actively carry out the major deployment of CPC Central Committee and provincial government on the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, summed up the "second five" innovative experience of province's small and medium enterprises, a careful analysis of the new normal situation of small and medium enterprises in the province's innovation and development situation, on the afternoon of April 6th, Shandong Provincial small and medium-sized enterprises development and innovation transformation and upgrading and business model innovation training conference held in Jinan, Shandong Province.
