The preparation before repair should have a repair room of about 10 square meters, the indoor air should be dry, the absolute humidity should be below 10g/m3, that is, the room temperature should be 20 ℃, and the relative humidity should be 55%.
The repair steps are as follows:
1. Remove the protective cover of the self-rescuer to be repaired, lift the red wrench, pull off the seal, remove the front and rear sealing tapes and belt loops, open the upper and lower casings of the self-rescuer, and place the old rubber ring in the sealing groove of the upper casing. Take it out, replace the rubber ring, and apply a thin layer of silicone grease or Vaseline on the new rubber ring to isolate the air to prevent the rubber from aging.
2. Put the upper shell on the lower shell, install the belt loop and front and rear sealing tapes, replace with new sealing strips (purchased from the manufacturer), fasten the front and rear sealing tapes, and then check the air tightness of the
Chemical Oxygen Self Rescuer. If the air leakage has been repaired, then the seal strip is welded by soldering or spot welding.
3. It is required to repair the leaking
Chemical Oxygen Self Rescuer quickly, and each self-rescuer should not be repaired for more than 5 minutes. To prevent the medicine in the self-rescuer from being damaged by moisture;
4. The repaired
Chemical Oxygen Self Rescuer needs to be checked for weight gain. The weight gain does not exceed 10 grams. The self-rescuer is qualified, and the self-rescuer with weight gain exceeds 10 grams. The medicine has absorbed a lot of water vapor and CO2 and should be scrapped.
The maintenance worker must carefully carry out the repair and maintenance of the self-rescuer according to the operating procedures, and send the instrument to the company for calibration on time. Self-rescuers cannot function and cause unnecessary harm.
