The pressure bladder foam tank is mainly consist of foam tank, capsule, pressure proportioner. Relief valve, water inlet pipe, foam concentrate outlet pipe, water drain valve, foam concentrate drain valve, air relief valve.
When the water go through the pressure reducing orifice, it will create a pressure difference in the front and behind the pressure reducing orifice, the pressure is higher in front of the pressure reducing orifice, and most of the high pressure water goes though the pressure reducing orifice, and a little water goes through the water inlet pipe, and goes into the tank, then extrude the capsule, the extruded foam concentrate goes out of the capsule through the outlet pipe, and goes into the proportioner, and mix with the water, and become water-foam mixed water, goes through the fire fighting pipe into the foam nozzle, mix with the air, become foam, and put out the fire!
